- SPONSOR: MNA, Inc., One Parkway South, Greenville, SC 29615
- WHO CAN ENTER: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry (or the legal age of majority in their state of residents, if over 18). Entrant must be, as of 11/30/07, parent/legal guardian of a child/ward 5 – 17 years of age who is a member of a local soccer league. Employees of MNA, the associated tire dealer(s), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
- HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: (1) Official Online Entry. Beginning at 12:00am Pacific Time (PT) on 8/1/07, log on to www.uniroyal.com/sweeps for information on how to enter the sweepstakes and to obtain a copy of the Official Rules. All entrants will be required to provide their date of birth. On the Official Entry Form, please provide all requested information, answer the optional survey questions (answers will not be judged) and click "SUBMIT."
A drawing will be held each month during the promotion period. Each entrant may submit only entry per month for a maximum of four entries during the entire promotion period and must submit all entries from the same email address. Monthly entries must be submitted during the entry time period for that month's drawing (see chart in Rule #5 below). Entries submitted in one month are valid only for that month's drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. If more than one entry is received per person per month, only the first such entry received will be eligible. If an entrant submits entries from more than one email address, only entries from the first email address used will be eligible.
- RANDOM DRAWINGS: One (1) monthly First Prize winner will be selected in each of the 4 random drawings indicated in the chart below from among all eligible entries received within the entry time period indicated for that drawing. Odds of winning a monthly First Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that month's drawing. A separate random drawing will be conducted on/about 12/15/07 to select the Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received throughout the promotion period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Winners need not be present to win. All winners will be notified and all prizes will be awarded by mail as indicated in Rule #6. Limit 1 First Prize per family and per household. Random drawings will be conducted by DataCore Marketing LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

- PRIZES & VALUES: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a $100 Bank of America Gift Card, a $500 gift certificate to purchase Uniroyal® tires at a authorized Uniroyal dealer, a $150 gift certificate to service winner's automobile at an auto service center that sells Uniroyal tires near winner's home, a $500 gift card for a pre-selected gas station company with store locations near winner's home to cover gasoline expenses and a $1,000 check payable to the winner's child's soccer league. (Total Grand Prize Value: $2,250); four (4) First Prizes (1 per month) – a $500 gift card for a gas station company with store locations near winner's home to cover gasoline expenses. Gift certificates/cards are subject to retailer's terms and conditions. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. - GENERAL RULES: Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner who should consult its tax advisor about tax concerns. Sponsor will provide appropriate tax documentation to winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. First Prize winners will be notified approximately 4 – 6 weeks from the date of winner selection. Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within 15 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the name and/or likeness of the winner and the child/children of winner for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program if for any reason at any time e.g. fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the monthly drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during that month prior to termination; the Grand Prize drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding a specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
- For the names of winners, log on to www.uniroyal.com/sweeps. Names of monthly First Prize winners will be posted on the web site or available by mail within 30 days after the date of that month's drawing. The name of the Grand Prize winner will be posted on the web site or available by mail on/about 1/15/08 through 1/31/08.
